Facial Oil

I apply a few drops of bio oil to my face daily. You can use your fingers or a brush. I prefer my fingers.I can feel how much product i’m putting on and gently massage it in. Leave a few minutes to allow to absorb into the skin.
After a few mins just use a tissue to gently press on skin. This will remove any oil sitting on the skin. If you are putting make up on after it will help to stop your making up from slipping. You can then apply your make up like you usually would.
Product Additive

You can add a drop to any dehydrated product to revive or your usual moisturiser or foundation. Just add 1 drop at a time and make sure your product is not out of date.
Stretch marks.
Apply from the start of the second trimester and it is recommended you use for at least 3 months.Twice daily, massage a little oil to where you need it, adding more if necessary or add a few drops to your bath water.
Bio Oil is know for helping improve the appearance of scars and stretchmarks and is recommend by Doctors/Pharmacists and midwifes.

I’ve used Bio Oil for a while now. If i’m honest I don’t always apply twice daily but I do use it every morning. I feel like my skin tone has evened out a little and its a lot more balanced. I don’t get dry flaky skin on my forehead like I was getting before and it hasn’t been clogging more pores. I always rub the oil into my hands after massaging my face. They are definitely more hydrated and don’t look as weathered. You’ve got to remember to moisturise and look after your hands ladies. They are exposed to everything from harsh weather when your out and to harsh products (like cleaning products).
Applying make up over the oil is no problem. As I said just remember to blot off any excess. It helps to achieve a dewy glow under foundation. I’ve also used it to remove mascara when I’ve got the panda eye look going on.
So have you used it? comment, let me know what you think?
